  I dropped my laptop a couple of times in a row and broke the screen. For two days I freaked. The laptop is 4-years old and no longer even mentioned on the Dell web site; couldn't figure out the the model number; only instructions I found online for fixing the screen required taking the computer apart. I certainly did not want to buy a new machine. I was starting to have a breakdown. Called Chuck's PC World. The screen was replaced (they happened to have the part in stock) and all was well the same afternoon. Great service, very reasonable price; totally delighted with Chuck's PC World. Thank you, thank you.
